About me
- My name is Jan Strandgaard - I have worked for 29 years in Danfoss, KEW Industry and Grundfos as a development engineer, project manager, leader, manager and director of R&D organizations.
Pr. 1 / 8-2019 I have chosen to start a new chapter in my working life. I started as self employed in:
- -Leadership and project management
- -Organizational development and change management
- -EFQM assessment
My passion is to use the experience I have gained over the years in various organizations and companies. My specialty area is the R&D organizations, but I am also approaching other business functions.
I perform the tasks at hand at the customer's location and partly from my own office.
I undertake long-term projects, courses on an hourly basis as well as individual consultations.
