Leadership and project management
Since 2001, I have led high-tech and complex areas of R&D with responsibility for product development, project management and maintenance of the existing product portfolio.
I have managed areas with up to 350 employees in Denmark, Germany, Hungary, China, Finland and India. The financial allocation was approximately 400 million DKK to costs and investments and with 20-30 product launches per year. The unit in Hungary I built from scratch in 2007. Today there are over 100 employees at the location.
I have experience with:
- -Project management both as project leader at KEW and Grundfos but also as head of a major project portfolio with direct report from project managers
- -Stage gate methods as well as agile methodologies and experience with how to optimally get these two to play together
- -Establishment and implementation of portfolio management systems, resource, time and economy overview to optimizing and streamlining project execution.
