As a qualified lead assessor in the "EFQM" Excellence Model, I have managed company assessments within the Grundfos group (sales company and production company).

The model is a holistic model that optimizes the areas of management, strategy, employees, external partners and processes for optimizing results in employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, relationships with the surrounding community and finally the company's / organization's business results and ratios.

I have participated as an assessor in 10 assessments and been the lead assessor in 12 in countries such as Australia, Singapore, France, Hungary, Germany, England, the Netherlands and Denmark.
